But for Me I Will Wait on Jehovah

新歌467

But for me, I will wait on Jehovah;
I will look for the God of my strength;
In the darkness Jehovah will shine like a light;
Let my enemies no more rejoice.
For I fall, but then I will rise up;
Praise the Lord, Who's the strength of my heart;
So for me, I will wait on the Lord Jesus Christ;
And in Christ I will rise up again.

Praise the Lord!

May we rise up to pray for the Lord to give us a new revival, a revival that will end this age and bring Him back.

Lord, make us those who wait on You! Thank You for showing us Your all-inclusiveness! Hallelujah!

Who is Jesus Christ? - non other than Jehovah God - the unique God who in the Old Testament came to seek a relationship with man in intimacy and love - now in the New Testament incarnated, crucified, and resurrected to become the life-giving Spirit (1 Cor. 15:45) to save all who will call on Him. He raises up our hearts daily as we tell him “Lord Jesus I love you. ” Let our enemies no more rejoice.

Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.
