Overcoming Believers!

NS1102
1
The Bible is a romance of God in love with man,
And this fantastic romance throughout all time will span;
This universal romance is Christ, our Bridegroom dear,
And His redeemed believers, once far but now made near.

Overcoming believers overcoming each day!
Blessed are those who are called to the marriage on the way!
A wedding feast is waiting in the kingdom of the Son
For the bride has made herself ready, blessed are those who come!
2
The wife, the Bride of Jesus must seek to, ready, be,
To be mature in life and be builded corp'rately;
This bride is full adorned with the pearls and precious stones,
And plaits of gold her nature, the triune God, her own.
3
This precious bride is clothed with fine linen, bright and clean,
The righteousnesses stitched by the Lamb within our being;
A Christ lived out each day is an overcoming life,
‘Tis right and pure and holy; to her to live is Christ.
4
The overcoming life is not ours by natural strength,
But by Christ's resurrection, Christ's depth, and height, and length;
For by the Lamb's redemption we taste this feast of grace
And through organic salvation grow through each test we face.
5
The overcoming strength is not in how hard we try,
But living every moment, the extra oil to buy;
Christ's overcoming life pours out from His pierced side,
The Spirit and the Bride say, "Come now and be My bride!"
