Lord I praise You! It is Jesus for me because nothing else can meet my need. No person, place, or thing can now satisfy my being.
I confess, Jesus, my Savior, is all things to me.

Steve Miller, re verse 3 "Daysman", that is an interesting archaic word which I've never heard before.
Easton's Bible Dictionary says it means umpire, or judge: The Bible passage is from Job 9:33 where Job asks that there be an umpire between him and God.
The Septuagint translates it as mediator as well.

True words from pure and sanctified hearts are like diamond and precious jewels that endure the tests of time; outlive the composers. They are actually the words of God and heavenly tunes sent to encourage heavenly pilgrims on earth. Praise God.

"Daysman" in v3 is an old English word formed from "days" meaning "day of judgment" man.
It is used in Job 9:33 KJV - Neither is there any daysman betwixt us, that might lay his hand upon us both.
NKJV translates it as "mediator"

An excellent summary of who the Lord Jesus Christ is to us; a profound reassurance to the Christian that he is not alone in the journey of life. Jesus Christ has got our back.
