My faith looks up to Thee

The stanza three of this song, Lord please be my guide and bid darkness turn to day. Wipe sorrows away from me and don't let me ever stray from Thee. Amen.

This song brings childhood memories; when I was still very little. We sang it during school assembly prayer. I didn't know the whole lyrics then and even now I had to Google the few limes stuck in my head. But the song is nostalgic. Never knew it even had more stanzas; the first stanza always plays a gleeful tune in my head, as a child and even now as am adult. It lifts my spirit and sometimes makes me wanna cry when things are rough. But God is always love and He cares. Thank You Jesus.

I sang this song in my dream last night and woke up with it this morning. The last line of stanza one "O let me from this day be wholly Thine" is very inspiring.

This hymn is a very strong medication when faced with challenges/ fear. Singing it truthfully sure heals and I do get a relief/assurance that with God one will excel and overcome.

Last night I cried so much and lost hope and for once I found myself telling God am tired take me home and take care of my child. But even then, I didn't feel I would even be acceptable in heaven and for once I felt lost. I was so low. In the morning this song was singing in my spirit and I had to google it as I didn't know the wordings. I feel so encouraged by God. I feel God is telling me these words. Thank You Lord.

My faith looks up to You Lord for the transformation of my soul. Oh Lord, daily save me from my self!

I really need the remain part of this year 2016 and the year to be a perfect year.

This year I struggled so much, I was disappointed a lot, I was persecuted but then I found my heart singing this song.

My faith looks up to thee in 2017, Lord Jesus.

Strength to my failing heart, My zeal inspire LORD. And hear me when I pray for my faith looks up too Thee. Amen.

Ha! Where would I be without You Holy Spirit.

Oh Lord please hear my prayer when I pray and take all my guilt away in Jesus Name. Oh God give us strength to our fainting hearts. Keep us to the end, help us to walk by Faith and not by Sight in Jesus Name. Thanks for uploading this song and God bless you all. More anointing in Jesus Name.
