More about Jesus would I know

This evening, on work at 6.30 pm. I am reading the Bible on my computer the book of Isaiah 53, meditating the word of God. Oh I just felt that I need God more and more, to know Him and to commit to His will. I bent down and whispered a prayer (just whispered so as not to cause commotion with my colleagues) but for sure I did pray fervently!

Then the Spirit of God sang to me the Swahili version of the song "More about Jesus" and I wanted to sing with Him, so I went to the internet. Not knowing that the music was to accompany the lyrics!

I am indeed blessed beyond words! More of His love who died for me!

I vow that I will commit to the ultimate will of my Father! God bless all!

More more about Jesus...this is such a beautiful song. And I say Amen. Bless all the saints to know more more about You LORD Jesus Christ. Thank You in all circumstances in LORD Jesus Christ. 1 Thes. 5:18

The LORD bless you and keep you; the LORD make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the LORD turn His face toward you and give you peace. Numbers 6:24-26

I love it in my mother tongue even more.

One of my best hymns for years. My focus is always instantly re-alingned, more deeply rooted in Christ. Blessed be God forevermore. I look forward to meeting Sister Hewitt in God's Kingdom at the end of age.

Eliza Hewitt wrote this hymn as she was studying the promises of God that had been fulfilled in Jesus Christ. The more she studied, the more excited she became as she saw Scripture fulfilled in every aspect of Christ's life. All of Scripture, she discovered, focused on Jesus Christ.

It is especially significant that Hewitt was so faithfully seeking God at this point in her life. At the time, she was recovering from a severe spinal injury. A school teacher, Hewitt had been struck with a heavy slate by one of her students.

Hewitt was never again able to teach in the public schools, but she continued to be involved with Sunday school. There she was able to combine the 2 great loves of her life: children and Jesus. - Great Songs of Faith by Brown & Norton

More of God's love who sent His love to die for me and you....Thank You Jesus.

The LORD JESUS is all in all to us. Knowing more of HIM is the best thing in life.

This is a reassuring message that when we desire more of Jesus He shows more of His Riches in glory.

The bible talk to us about the wisdom and the glimpses of God. Knowing more about Jesus makes you strong and fit. To you who put these hymns online, may God bless you and bless you indeed. A crown is kept for you in heaven.

I used to listen my father sing this song at night when I was a little girl..especially the last stanza 'More about Jesus on His throne, Riches in glory all His own, More of His Kingdom sure increase, More of His coming Prince of peace....

I hope to meet my father at the pearly gates someday soon....
