There is no other secure place to stand, but on the solid Rock of CHRIST Jesus. In HIM there is hope, joy, peace, comfort and salvation. I am grateful for one who penned these words to encourage the heart and spirit of the Believers. Thank you for sharing this timeless classic. GOD bless!!

I am always encouraged by this hymn, MY HOPE IS BUILT ON NOTHING LESS THAN JESUS CHRIST. Each time I remember the situation of things in the world especially this pandemic era, it says "when darkness veils His lovely face, I rest on his unchanging grace..."

Today as I was reading about Papa Gods love in 1John 3:1-3 "that we shall be like Him when He is revealed and everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself just as He is pure" I started hearing this song about my hope resting on nothing else - The Rock on which I stand.
