Fade, fade each earthly joy; Jesus is mine. Break every tender tie; Jesus is mine. Dark is the wilderness, Earth has no resting place, Jesus alone can bless; Jesus is mine.

Farewell, mortality; Jesus is mine. Welcome, eternity; Jesus is mine. Welcome, O Loved and Blest, Welcome, sweet scenes of rest, Welcome, my Savior’s breast; Jesus is mine.
This is called for sober reflection, we are just clay once the breath is taking no remedy again. But those that believe in Christ Jesus will meet again during the day of reckoning.
The Lord is my shepherd I shall not be found roaming about.
What does He do? He leads us besides still waters, besides green pastures.
The experience of a Christian who is daily following Jesus Christ into green pastures, that is a test of of heaven.
When people are comfortable and having their hope in the world here, is a sign that they are no following the shepherd to green pastures. They are not drinking still waters which is a fortress of eternity.
If you are not following Christ I plead you to begin now to cry and say Lord even so, come Lord Jesus. Lead me into green pastures and still waters.
