Here's my English translation of this great hymn:

The son of God left the throne for me,
Born as a man, pain to endure;
He sacrificed, shed blood to save me,
Resurrected as the Spirit,
Jesus, my savior.
Glorious hope,
Ever living savior,
My spirit lives, my soul is healed;
Abide in my heart,
Strength to me impart,
Bask in your love with the saints,
God's fullness revealed.

In Jesus Christ I have a new life,
Old things have passed, behold the new;
Living in love, bright new creation;
An organic liberation,
Salvation so full.

Lord, I love you,
With you I will walk,
Finish the course, all to please you;
Make me faithful, true to your spirit,
To the end I will overcome,
Ever wed to you.

主，我愛你，
願跟隨你行，
奔跑賽程，討你歡心；
使我忠誠，緊聯於你靈，
直到路終，完全得勝，
與你永相親。

永活的救主，我爱祢，祢是我榮耀盼望，點活我靈，聖化我情；安家我心房，使我有力量，同眾聖享主大愛，神豐滿顯明。
