Have Thine own way, Lord

Consecration Yielding to the Lord

新调449
1
Have Thine own way, Lord,
Have Thine own way;
Thou art the Potter,
I am the clay.
Mould me and make me
After Thy will,
While I am waiting,
Yielded and still.
2
Have Thine own way, Lord,
Have Thine own way;
Search me and try me,
Master, today.
Whiter than snow, Lord,
Wash me just now,
As in Thy presence
Humbly I bow.
3
Have Thine own way, Lord,
Have Thine own way;
Wounded and weary,
Help me, I pray.
Power, all power,
Surely is Thine,
Touch me and heal me,
Savior divine.
4
Have Thine own way, Lord,
Have Thine own way;
Hold o'er my being
Absolute sway.
Fill with Thy Spirit
Till all shall see
Christ only, always,
Living in me.

Lord have your way with us. We are in Your hands. Mold us according to Your perfect will. Do search us and try us in this very moment. Our hearts are open to You. May we see Your church, Your Body as You see it. We pray that our life and living would be the church life alone, Your very life and Your living. Thank You, Lord Jesus!

You are the potter…I am the clay…make me and use me!

It is hard for me to sit in this humble position. Please remind me Dear LORD!

Romans 9:20 - "But rather, O man, who are you who answer back to God? Shall the thing molded say to him who molded it, Why did you make me thus?"

Thank You Lord that I am not not my own and I do not want to have my own way. Lord, have Your way with me - even make me willing to stop all my doing and to wait upon Your will.
