With the kisses of Your mouth

Experience of Christ Loving Him

新歌365

1

With the kisses of Your mouth,
Have You kissed me, Lord.
From Your kisses flows a fountain,
From a depth unknown.
Gently tempered by Your touching
Of my deepest chords,
My heart's renewed with gladness,
And my love o'erflows.

2

Let me kiss You, drink You deeper,
Fully satisfy
All the longings deep within me,
For Your presence nigh,
And a deeper, sweeter union,
Of Your life with mine
That our natures fully mingled,
Would our hearts entwine.

3

Ever increase, Lord, within me,
My desire for You.
Let Your kisses ever kiss me,
And that I'd kiss You.
Dear Lord Jesus, may I ever be,
So betrothed to You.
May I love You, always love You,
And respond to You.
May I love You, always love You,
And respond to You.

What a blessed new hymn! Few there be who know this intimate walk with the One Most Beautiful, Jesus. He keeps calling me back to Him daily. I surfed onto this wonderful site looking for lyrics to another hymn. Gracias, Ricardo de Bolivia, por traducirlo tambien!!!

What a deep and rich song this is. Who is the author??? Christ for sure. This is the experience we as children of God should pray for daily. Life as it is, full of so much adversity. This love will exclude all but His divine love.

There is absolutely nothing better than the kisses of our Lord Jesus. From His kisses flows the fountains of living waters that refresh, and renew my being. Definetly there is no anxiety when I am tempered by His kisses. No fear, only life divine!

What a lovely hymn!! I want intensely what this hymn says!! I want His kisses!! I want to turn to His love, left my enjoyments and let Him kiss me more!! Lord Jesus, my Jesus! I love You!!

I couldn't resist! Here is the translation without metric:

Con los besos de Tu boca

1. Con los besos de Tu boca,
Me has besado, Señor.
De Tus besos fluye una fuente,
De profundidad desconocida.
Tirnamente atemperada por Tu toque
En mis más profundas cuerdas,
Mi corazón es renovado con regocijo,
Y mi amor desborda.

2. Déjame besarte, beberte profundamente,
Me satisface completamente
Todas las ansias profundas en mi,
Por Tu presencia cercana,
Y una profunda, dulce unión,
De Tu vida con la mia
Que nuestras naturalezas completamente mezcladas,
Puedan nuestros corazones entrelazar.

3. Siempre incrementándote, Señor, en mi interior,
Mi deseo es para Ti.
Que tus besos siempre me besen,
Y que yo Te bese.
Querido Señor Jesus, que pueda siempre estar,
Tan comprometido contigo.
Que Te ame, siempre que te ame,
Y que responda a Ti.
Que Te ame, siempre que te ame,
Y que responda a Ti.
