Behold what manner of love

The love of God to mankind is so great and can't be quantify. Open your heart and receive the love by accepting Christ and your Lord and Savior 🙏

John 1:12-13 "As many as received Him, to them He gave authority to become children of God, to those who BELIEVE INTO HIS NAME, who were begotten not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, BUT OF GOD[! ]" By simple, genuine belief, by believing into His name, receiving His Spirit-Word, we are begotten of God!

I liken this to a "silent " transaction, in the sense of a tiny, miniscule, weightless, "Word-seed", cast upon receptive, warm earth (our hearts)... yielded and still... where our sonship takes root, ever so slowly and nearly imperceptible. This is the principle of life... without fanfare, the seed grows:

"And He said, So is the kingdom of God: as if a man cast seed on the earth, and sleeps and rises night and day, and the seed sprouts and lengthens — how, he does not know. The earth bears fruit by itself: first a blade, then an ear, then full grain in the ear..." Mark 4:26-28 (RcV)

This is a great encouragement to realize, that though we might think nothing has changed, eventually we see the seed mature and bear fruit! Don't doubt your salvation... this is the life process of living sons/children of God!

Though I lost my wife through breast cancer 2017 January 18th, this song reminds me a lot and especially of Gods love towards us.
