Astounding fact! God formed a spirit deep in man!
God came as man—a ladder joining earth and heav'n!
Now He as Spirit comes, my life to be,
God blent with man—thus His image is seen!

The universe's myst'ry's revealed!
This is my life's meaning true, no more concealed!
Rise up, respond—this vain world flee, and shine forth with might!
Christ's young overcomers be, to all earth bring Christ as light!

What radiance bright! The Word is God revealed to me,
Ent'ring as light—my path is clear, no more I'll stray.
God's Word contains life, truth, reality;
So open wide—God experience today!

What sweet employ! The church life is my heart's desire!
Eat, drink, enjoy! In me each day, more life divine.
Christ is supplied, increased; God's house built; then
God's glorified—on earth as in the heav'n.
