It is not a teaching or a word,
Not a doctrine that I've heard,
Not religion, not an outward form
That can meet your need and wash your feet,
Touch you in your deepest part,
But it's just the Christ—
That I've enjoyed.

That can meet your need and wash your feet,
Touch you in your deepest part,
But it's just the Christ—
That I've enjoyed.

An awesome little song!!! Just one little point, but so profound! Mainly, He’s for real! Not this or that especially religious mish mash, He’s what we need and a real Person who can touch our deepest part and meet or real need. Christ the enjoyable One.
