Today is June 1st 10:00 PM. I called my son to check on him to see how his day was. We live in different states. I worry so much about him and he ways heavy on my mind. I can’t do this anymore. I have surrendered many times this burden. I always say I wish I had a friend to Talk with and the first thing that came to mind was remembering when I was young sitting in church on the 3rd row while my mother was in the choir singing this song. I couldn’t remember all the words so I asked Siri, what were the lyrics and this site came up. I talk with God all the time and I know he hears me and this song reminded me that HE is always with me and HE is my friend.

Today June 1st, I woke up with this song on my heart and began to sing but couldn't remember all the verses like I used to sing with my grandparents in Jamaica when I was a young girl, and now I'm 80 years old, I love the song more as now more than ever I need that friend who has remained constantly with me.
