In the holiest place

Prayer In the Holiest

English770

1

In the holiest place, touch the throne of grace,
Grace as a river shall flow;
In the holiest place, touch the throne of grace,
Grace as a river shall flow.

Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Grace as a river shall flow;
Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Grace as a river shall flow.

2

In the holiest place, live before His face,
Light of glory thru me will shine;
In the holiest place, live before His face,
Light of glory thru me will shine.

Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Light of glory thru me will shine;
Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Light of glory thru me will shine.

3

To the spirit turn, and the incense burn,
Touch the living fountain of life;
To the spirit turn, and the incense burn,
Touch the living fountain of life.

Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Touch the living fountain of life;
Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Touch the living fountain of life.

GRACE, as a river, shall FLOW!

Mary Wilson

Santa Ana, CA, United States

I'm going to sing this song with my new neighbor today while we are walking. I chose it because it speaks of the holiest place - which today is in our spirit! This is where I want to be - in my spirit - the holiest place, because His Spirit is there with me.

Ivy Zhong

Beijing, China

The third stanza says, “To the spirit turn, and the incense burn, touch the living fountain of life.” Hallelujah! This living fountain proceeds out of the throne and come into us and springs up into eternal life! (John 4:14) Praise the Lord that we have a flowing God, and we’re in this flow!
