Standing on the promises of Christ my King

This song came to me this morning as I was dismissing doubt. I stand on God's promises. They are "Yes" and "Amen" in Christ. I am in Christ so the promises are mine and they will be fulfilled in my life. I am thankful for this song and would like to do a version of it to bring it to people who didn't grow up singing it like I did.

Praise it really helped in church

Woke up with this in my head this morning. Praise God.

Really appreciate God for his promises

I was singing this hymns in my dream while I was sleeping, I woke up and was still singing it so I had Google it and here I am Glory to Jesus

The songs came to mind this morning while I was having my devotional with Lord. I google because I want to hear the lyrical. Thank you.

I Will Always Stand On The Promises 💗 Of GOD. GOD'S PROMISES 🙏 ARE FOREVER 🙏 MORE SURE.

Thank you Jesus for renewing my hope. I was so overwhelmed after a long day, read my odm online and I was directed to sing this hymn I’m so delighted and grateful that God never left my side . And his faithful to keep his promises thereby whatever good things I’ve ever hope for and the testimony in expecting would surely come to pass sooner than expected . God is great!

I was praying on decision making concerning various areas of my life and I subconsciously thought I had missed something and maybe God was like ok. So kept praying this morning and I believe God put this hymn in my heart.

“Standing on the promises that cannot fail,

When the howling storms of doubt and fear assail, By the living Word of God I shall prevail, Standing on the promises of God. ”
