Oh, what a foretaste of glory divine!
Heir of salvation, purchase of God,
Born of His Spirit, washed in His blood.
Praising my Savior all the day long.
This is my story, this is my song,
Praising my Savior all the day long.
Visions of rapture now burst on my sight;
Angels descending, bring from above
Echoes of mercy, whispers of love.
I in my Savior am happy and blest;
Watching and waiting, looking above,
Filled with His goodness, lost in His love.

As I sang this song, it reminds me of how I came to believe in Jesus Christ. The testimony of our salvation is worthy to be told again and again. It's should be be our story and song until we see the face of our Savior above. May His name be praised for ever. Amen!

I can remember singing along with my brothers and friends as we all went to Sunday School Each Sunday Morning And This Would Be The First Hymn we'd sing together. So many wonderful memories growing up from 10yrs old and now to be 65yrs old. Brings tears of joy and wanting to do it all over again. Love Always, Lolly

As powerful as when it was written is it today. A song for such a time as these, even as the world lays in limbo due to corona, my heart is assured in Jesus Christ.

We thank God for putting our mind at peace with all the evilness & wickedness within this world. For we have the "Blessed Assurance" of John 3:16. And all we need to do is to submit ourselves to the Lord.
Every Morning, we are awakened to "New Mercies." Let us listen to & for the many ways in which, we may hear God's whispers of Love.
Glory Be to God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Blessings to those who read the comments.
