Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised

Your lyric is incorrect. The actual lyric is a direct quote from the King James Version, Psalm 48:1-2. "Beautiful for situation"

INDEED GREAT IS THE LORD!

What a powerful song. Have been blessed with this song several times. May the Lord bless the composer of this Hymn.

So good to hear this song! My husband and I sang this in our Bible School in East Providence, RI back in the 60's. I love singing the scriptures.

Powerful song..
Still prefer how we doing it in nigeria though..

Greatly blessed to find this song on net. Please does anyone know the second verse of the song? I'll greatly appreciate it if I can get it.
