This is the day

Tomorrow might never come, yesterday has passed, praise the Lord that we still have TODAY to build up our practical and present experience of Christ!

Rejoice, because we are really the sons of the living GOD. Amen and Amen!

Thank you, Steve, for your added scripture words to this song. My family and I are going to memorize it as well! Praise God for His greatness and goodness to us! This is indeed a day to be glad and rejoice because He has blessed us with life!

Psalm 118 is my favorite psalm now. I put the whole psalm to this tune. Here are the 2 verses (vv 22-23) which precede v24, which is verse 1 of this song.

This is the Stone, this is the Stone,
the builders refused, the builders refused.
It’s become Head, it’s become Head
of gentiles and Jews, of gentiles and Jews.
This is the stone the builders refused.
It’s become Head of gentiles and Jews.
This came from the Lord. Wonderful
it is in our eyes.

The verses following v24 (vv 25-27) are:

Hosanna Lord! Make prosperous!
He comes in name of the Lord is bless’d.
We have blessed you from the Lord’s house.
The Lord, He is God and shined light to us.
The sacrifice which is for this feast,
bind it with cords ‘till altar it meets.
Bind it with cords until the horns,
horns of the altar.

This was my dad's favorite song to sing while leading Sunday School (for the adults)!!! He died 4 years ago, so the memory of him singing this will always have a special place in my heart!

I like this song because it tells me that Jesus is coming soon.

Praise the Lord. I loved this song for last 30 years. God chose me before the foundation of the world and created me/us and called us and God redeemed me and dispensed into me. Praise the Lord. H'ss worthy to be thanked. One body, one Christ, one city, one church.

Praise the Lord. We need to rejoice that we are the many sons of the living God.

It's so wonderful to know that I am the son of the living God, and living in the day that the Lord has made. Hallelujah. We are sons of the loving God. Lord cause us to love you with our entire being.

Amen!

It is very nice and i would like to put it on my website.
