This is the day

Scriptures for Singing

1

This is the day, this is the day.
That the Lord has made, that the Lord has made.
We will rejoice, we will rejoice,
And be glad in it, and be glad in it.
This is the day that the Lord has made.
We will rejoice and be glad in it.
This is the day, this is the day
That the Lord has made.

2

We are the sons, we are the sons,
Of the living God, of the living God.
We will rejoice, we will rejoice,
And be glad in Him, and be glad in Him.
We are the sons of the living God.
We will rejoice and be glad in Him.
We are the sons, we are the sons
Of the living God.

As soon as I heard this about a year ago, something led me to be saved. That is something I love so much about this song.

I Love God.

The words and melody of this song are uplifting. It comes to me many times reminding me to be thankful and remembering when I first heard and learned the words in small home fellowship groups worshiping the Lord together with a guitar and Tambourine. God Bless you all today and forever more in Him!

What an appropriate hymn to sing during the Feast of Tabernacles, when God commands His people to rejoice.
