There are Times

1
There are times in my life
When my heart is embittered.
There are questions unanswered,
Yet, You’re drawing me
  To enter
Into Your blessed sanctuary
And turning my eyes heavenward,
The questions of constant inquiry
Are changed to these words,
2
Whom do I have in heaven
But You, dear Jehovah.
My flesh and my heart
Constantly fail,
  But God’s still
The strength of my heart and my portion;
To Him forever I’ll draw near.
I’ve made Jehovah my sweet refuge.
So now throughout the years
3
Turn my view to see You,
How I need to see Jesus!!
Though I don’t understand
The ways that You take;
  Lord, make me
A babe and suckling always praising.
Enjoying Your worth day by day.
Let each experience constitute me
So Your life I’ll display
In every way.

There are times that we often caught ourselves in a a dilemma and we do not know what to do or which way to take but it is so comforting to know that though our strength and heart faileth He never fails... His arrangement is always the best..."Lord make me a babe and suckling always praising. Enjoying Your worth day by day. Oh! Let each experience constitute me so Your life I'll display in every way. Though I may not understand a thing right now Lord cause me to go on enjoying You that You may gain me fully until I see You face to face. This will be most glorious thing. To behold You face to face is all I ask for. Lord, thank You for loving me and for being my portion...."

This song helps me to turn to the mingled spirit. O what a joy and a refreshing morning just by reading the words, my spirit quickened by Him.

I really appreciate this hymn. It moves me and draws me into Christ. I always pray unto Him that this may not just only my emotion, but an inward outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Oh Lord Jesus!!! Cause me to love You more. We may all boldly declare how we love the Lord so much. Praise Him for His recovery.

Lord, in Your wisdom You have arranged the environment we are in, though we have a lot of question yet You used those environments to draw us to Yourself. Lord, we love You, we praise You and we worship You. You know what is best for us. Amen, Lord. Amen to Your arrangement.

There are times in my life

When my heart is embittered.

There are questions unanswered,

Yet, You're drawing me

To enter

Into Your blessed sanctuary

And turning my eyes heavenward,

The questions of constant inquiry

Are changed to these Whom do I have in heaven

But You, dear Jehovah.

My flesh and my heart

Constantly fail,

But God's still

The strength of my heart and my portion;

To Him forever I'll draw near.

I've made Jehovah my sweet refuge.

"Whom do I have in heaven

But You, dear Jehovah.

The world today has a lot of mysteries, a lot of doubt and uncertainty. But all we need to do is believe and receive. We need to see Jesus everyday! Brothers and sisters, cast out all doubt, for we worship the Living and True God, and He draws us. O, let us love Him now before it's too late. For whom do we have in heaven, but our God, dear Jehovah!

Whom do I have in heaven but You, dear Jehovah.

My flesh and my heart constantly fail..

I love You, Lord! You are still the strength of my heart and my portion!
